Today I went to the college and set up my Fall schedule. I'm taking Algebra, Tennis, Art Appreciation, and Government. It's a good schedule that won't overwhelm me.
At A-kon there was a table set up for Copic markers. They let you color in pictures with them to try them out and the markers were awesome. Now they're all I can think about. A set of 12 costs 72$. Ugh. They were the besssst though!
A-kon was okay. It was really annoying that I couldn't find Nez for hours and didn't get to see her much. I think I'll volunteer next year so that I won't feel like I just wasted time wandering around by myself. I did have a lot of fun doing stuff but it sucked that no one else was there to laugh with me. Anime Hell was so freaky but you had to be there to really get how funny/bizarre the clips were so meh. I also want to try entering some art, which I won't get my hopes up about someone actually buying it, but it'd be fun!
It was my Mom's birthday today. She's 56 now. We got her a gift certificate to a nail place and a bottle of her favorite perfume. She was very happy to say the least :p.
