Valentines day
Today wash first valentines day spent with someone who wasn't my mom. Now don't get me wrong my mom is an amazing woman and she will always be my valentine cause I love her oh so dearly and she will always love her first and only son the way a mother a should. But of course I have always wanted to feel a womans warmth and love who wasn't related to me and in a different way of course. That's exactly what I got today. I have never gone all out on a girl mostly because I have never had one to go all out on. Now I know that this may not seem all out for some but this was for me so deal with it. I was happy and so was she.
She stayed the night slept in and when she finally got up in the morning to shower I set up what I bought her. A stuffed tiger holding a heart a humungous card, flowers, chocolates and rose petals covering the bed and the floor leading up to the bed. She walks in didn't even see it right away then looked around and she was blown away. Seeing her expression was enough for me. We then took a trip down to Arlington, tx where I have found one puerto rican restaurant which was amazing. She loved the food. She's never had anything else other than Mexican. So I had to say that meal ended a good day. We came home watched the rest of a movie wr didn't finish then cuddled for a bit. She finally left for home about an hour and a half.
The downside is that we are getting rather used to sleeping next to each other and waking up there as well. So looks like we will have to really look into a place together within the next few months. I am glad I have who I have and I am glad for the time I am able to spend with her. This wad truly a memorable valentines day and I will govto sleep knowing so and feeling it. Good night sweet world for you have done me right today. I love you Amanda.
