Yup, I did some research there as well, and I fully agree with them. I just thought I should mention the other opinions on the song, mostly because it's easier to write something inspired by something other than birds.

I got the swans in though!

I haven't even read it yet, but THANK YOU! I've been writing 12 Days fics for Tero and Ego (Ego just has one day to go, but Tero has 7, so it's looking like I'll actually finish it on the proper last day of Christmas, the Epiphany!) A lot of people asked why I didn't do a Roma one too, but I just didn't have time! So I'm somehow comforted to know that they got their own 12 days too. <3
