how the hell are we supposed to pay jadyn's tuition if we have to shuffle our poker money from this account to this untrackable account to the poker account and then back the same way each month in order to pay her tuition???
doesnt he have something important to do? like find those weapons of mass destruction?
or actually FIX the educational systems so they include programs for kids with ADD/ADHD who do NOT also have a learning disability so that they can attend public schools, so i would not have to pay a grand a month for tuition???
its true. i taught in the public school systems here in FL. if you have a child with ADD/ADHD who does not have LD as well, you are screwed. not only are they not really suited for the LD classes, but you really dont want them there... and there is no other program available. oh wait, there is one. its called the mckay scholarship. it says, we know we suck at teaching kids with ADD/ADHD, so send them to public school for one full year, where they will learn nothing, then we will sign a paper saying 'hey, we can't teach your kid, you get a pass for one of these specialized schools', then you get to go to one of several ADD/ADHD specialized schools for free, paid for by the government. sounds great right? two problems. one, your kid loses a year of learning while in public school. two, KEEPING this scholarship is VERY hard. while at these specialized schools, they keep strict records; if you so much as backtalk a teacher one time, you are kicked out of the school and lose the scholarship. seriously. its ridiculous. the schools get money for each kid SENT there, not kept. so they are actually better off if they have ANY reason to kick a kid out so they get a new kid. new kids = more money.
