Everyone, thank you so much for all of the presents and the party yesterday! It was one of the best birthdays I've ever had! I haven't had the time to sit down and write out some nice thank you notes yet, but I love every single thing I got. (I'm actually using the iPod right now, loaded with all the music I got. Tsubaki, thank you for introducing me to this band--it's different from what I'm used to, but it's really starting to grow on me. I particularly like 'Sword of Light'. I have the MP3 pen loaded with all of the music too--I use one when the other's charging! I'm never without music now!)
Oh! I should introduce you all to Dormouse! She's the guinea pig Ron gave me for my birthday! I went and got her a cage and everything she needs at the pet store after my party. A book on how to take care of her, too. She's still a little shy around me, but I think she's starting to get used to me. She's easy to keep track of, too--I had her out on my desk for a little bit and she didn't run away at all. Although I don't plan on doing that too often...I don't want her to run loose around the Opera House. I don't think the other residents would appreicate that much.
It really was an absolutely splendid birthday...thank you so much, everyone!
...Would anyone like a slice of lemon cake? I'm keeping the turkish delight to myself.

((OOC: I actually listened to some of the clips on Amazon and figured out which one I thought Autor would like the most. XD; Autor's been spending most of the day playing with his new 'toys' and Dormouse, and the headphones have rarely left his ears. Opera Residents, feel free to comment about it! <3))
