Job Search
So basically my routine here in Virginia is: wake up, look for a job in the classifieds, see that there are no job openings except physical labor, and become a bum all day long. So this morning routine starts as normal again, except wait! There is a job opening for a full time cashier at a dry cleaners. Yes, I have now become desperate enough to take a job as a cashier at a dry cleaners all the while having a Psychology degree. Besides, it has medical and dental benefits and free dry cleaning oooooooohhhh!! No but seriously I have alot of clothes that need to dry cleaned.
So deciding that I am in fact that desperate and putting behind me the fact that I quit my job at a grocery store because I hated being a cashier, I call them for their hours. The lady proceeds to tell me 6:30-6:00, HACK!!! NO thanks! For the past four years I have worked from 8-5 as a receptionist so getting my ass up at 5:00 in the morning to get ready is not an option. Well unless you want me to be super bitchy all day long (yes more than normal bitchness). So hopefully the Legal Secretary job I applied for comes through or the Virginia Employment Commission finds something for me. Everyone keep their fingers crossed!!
