6 months and recent news
Well, so much has gone on, so let me try to get all the details in. Gregg and I hung out a lot last week because I was gonig on vaca on Friday. I actually got to see him on Friday too, so it was cool. We went up to North Chatham and we ate dinner at the summer cottage. We actually stayed in a hotel this year because of my Aunt Ralphine's hip problems. Dave got to bring Sue, which totally suxed because it made me miss Gregg even more. What's worse, we were all in a room together. Saturday Gregg went to the K-Rockathon, which got me all worried because I was scared he was gonna get hurt. THANK GOD I was wrong!!!!! I didn't talk to him until Sunday afternoon and found out he was ok and everything was fine. I hung out feelin sick all of Saturday and then went to a musical called 42nd Street. It was pretty good. We didn't leave until late Sunday afternoon and then finally got home about 7 because everyone decided to chit chat, show pictures,etc. I talked to Gregg when I got home and we figured everything out for today. Then, he called me back letting me know about the severe thunderstorm warning we had and that I should get to a safe place. He's sooo sweet to do that. Anyway, today was... a great day with unexpected events, but it was still a great day. I got to Gregg's at 10:30, and I woke him up. It was sooo cute especially because the whole day I was wearing a skirt and a nice shirt. We hung out with Dev and AJ for a little while, then went into the basement and snuggled next to each other for (sadly) a little while. I wish it could've been longer, but then we kinda got yelled at. Gregg ended up getting yelled at by his mom for other stuff, which made him very upset and then we had to go to his physical therapy. It ended up taking a full hour and then me, Gregg, Devin, and Melissa headed off to the mall. Dev and Melissa went their separate way, and Gregg and I went and bought movie tickets, then went to dinner at Ruby Tuesday's. Dinner was delicious and dessert was awesome. We then went and saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory which was totally cool. After that we met up with Dev and Melissa, but only for a short time cuz Melissa had to go. Gregg and I went and dress shopped because Friday I'm goin to a wedding with Gregg. It took me a while, but I finally found a dress and bought it. Then we met up with Devin and we went to FYE where I bought the new Ra CD, and then to Borders where I bought the new Harry Potter and a Maggie Shayne book. We ended up having to leave soon after and I found out Gregg's mom was taking me home, which made me cry. I wanted to lie next to Gregg only for a little while because my parents are assholes and won't let me spend the night at my boyfriend's house on our 6 month! Soo, I ended up coming home, getting yelled at for buying a dress, and then getting the disapproval of my parents at the fact that I have a promise ring when I apparently shouldn't have made any promises. I argued with them a little bit and then came up here and talked to people and now am typing this. Tomorrow, I'm getting up at 9 to mow my damn lawn and then hopefully I can go to Gregg's until I gotta work. I'm workin 4 to 8 tomm, oh goodie for me. I'll update more later when I can.
