What's Up?...I'll Tell Ya....

I would be one of those mutha fuckas...
I got a msg from my landlord today to call him back on the 2-bedroom.
He wanted to make sure that i still wanted it and if i could afford it. Right now i am paying $575 for my 1-bedroom...He told me it would be $725 for the 2-bedroom. I assurred him i would be able to afford it. And it looks like a good possibility that i will be in there in April. Yay!!! I am so excited to have my own room again.
I told my kids that one of their birthday presents would be the hook up of cable in their room. That's good for the both of us cuz i feel bad sometimes when i keep them from watching some of their shows cuz i am watching mine.
And since Big Slick is pretty much living with me right now, he will be helping me pay the rent, tho he won't be on the lease.
In other news....treatment is going ok, i suppose. I have 12 more sessions before i move to phase 2 which means i will only be going to treatment sessions once a week. I can't wait already. Not that treatment is horrendous or anything. It's actually not that bad.
This past weekend was the first weekend where both my kids and Big Slick's kids spent the whole weekend together. The first night, we were at my place, which was kynda hectic with his 2 yr old with us. Saturday night we spent over at his 'rents house, which was close to 2 parks...my kids loved that. They spent most of their time getting dizzy on the merry-go-round.
I got my home phone and rent paid, but because i was in the hole with my bank before i got paid, i am already broke. Big Slick gets paid on friday so we will have money again.
It's just getting to that. But next month will be a lot easier on my own finances.
Big Slick is arranging his time with his kids to cordinate with the same weekend that i have mine, so this weekend we both will be kidless. I think we will be doing our own thing on saturday night tho.
I got invited to "mexican food" party by one of the girls in my treatment group. It's weird cuz i don't think i have ever been to a party that didn't have a drop of liquor or drugs present. There will be lots of food tho....the one time i won't have the mad munchies...
*sigh*
aiight...i suppose that's all i have to babble about right now.
