Health update

For those who are keeping track, I'm doing better. My liver function is almost normal. I've had more scans, and more of me is confirmed as healthy. They did find gallstones, but the doctor says that my pain is too high to be caused by them. I think he might be full of poop, since from what I read I meet the symptoms pretty spot on. FWIW, for me, gallstones felt worse than childbirth during the major attack (the one right before they took my gallbladder out...) Before that, they felt like a pulled muscle in my side, or like indigestion/gas.

I hope that you get some more answers soon!

Yeah, when the pain gets bad its definitely that bad. It also comes with nausea, and the pain sometimes stops when I vomit.

Yes, that was what it was like during my last attack - extreme pain, nausea, and vomiting (which didn't alleviate the pain). If that's what it turns out to be, at least you can take consolation from the fact that the surgery to remove a gall bladder is pretty minor as far as those things go :/
