Looking really good. I'm kind of out of the doll making loop so I had no idea you were still waiting for these pictures. Are they going to cast him soon or do you first need X amount of preorders?

Thanks. They will start with the molding now and give me a sample I can use to make sales pictures with. The production of the entire batch won't start until I place the order (so, after I have enough preorders).

I do hope you'll finish your girl, though. She's so gorgeous!

Do you need to sell 50 dolls or can you do with less without raising the price to a level people will complain too much? I do wonder how people manage to sell 30-40 cm dolls for $600-800.

Thanks. I've been busy with other things (with only one work space surface) and very uninspired. I hope to pick up work on her soon.

If my calculations are correct I will have to sell 20 to 25 dolls as pre-order, to fund the production.

What the final asking price will be, also depends on the dealer I'm contacting and what kind of a percentage fee they want in return for their services, but I'd like to keep the price as close to companies as Dollstown and Lumedoll as possible, so I'm still able to compete with them. This would mean that I would make less profit, but - to be honest - I don't see how I could sell a nude doll for over $1000 in today's market.
