Best. Concert. Ever.

Well, for starts, going to both the Tampa and Orlando shows was the best idea i've stolen off of mike in a long time. Nearly every single band there was worth watching. It took the two days to see everything that i wanted to see. The Drive-Thru records stage alone was worth the $60 i spent on tickets, and that wasn't even one of the main stages!!

I Finally got to see all these bands i've been wanting to see: Rx Bandits, The starting Line, Allister (holy shit, they're great)

and on the two main stages: Alkaline Trio, Lagwagon, NOFX, MXPX, Ozma, No Use for a name, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Reel Big Fish, Something Corporate, FLOGGING MOLLY!!!!

Bad Religion played my favorite song at both shows, Epiphany, and their half hour set was just as good as their entire show in the House of Blues, Orlando

Hot Water Music had their best show to date, and it was my 3rd or 4th time seeing them live. Great shit.

The Tampa show was by far better than Orlando, not because of the lack of rain, mud, body painting on ugly-ass girls, oh no, but because of two things.

1. meeting the lead singer of Bad Religion and getting a pic with him. great shit. GREAT shit. he talks kinda like john wayne, i noticed.
Caffrey: "Are you a professor?"
Greg Graffin: "You're damned right [little pilgrim]"

2. after Hot Water Music, myself, caffrey, beau, and mike, I believe, were waiting around by the backstage exit to hopefully meet someone from Hot Water Music, y'know, maybe get a picture or some shit, when we noticed, "hey, theres no security guards here.." so we just walked backstage behind the two main stages and just hung out with HWM for a good 10 or 15 mins. We got a picture with the entire band. Beau was more than thrilled when he got a drum stick (the wooden thing, not the bbq result) and Pfeegor got the top of a drum, which made him quite the happy ("shut-up-im-not-a-nazi") camper.

It wouldn't have been the same without these guys though: Mahoney, Caffrey, Pfleegor, Balletta, Patch, Pasquale, Brown (both of them), Beau (whose last name i don't know), Wilfong, Schroeder, Zack King, Klimis, "seeeeeeeemmeeeeennn", Daetwyler, and the ladies: Heather, Ravyn, Brittany, Asley, Lisa, Jade, along with anyone else who may have slipped my mind

everythings still just now setting in

WHOO HOO HOO
lets do it again next year ! ;p
