_mysteria_ and I went to Middleton Hall for 10 am to grab our virtual tickets. Managed to get all of the ones we needed in an abundance of numbers.
And then got a phonecall to say Kim and Paige were in Macdonalds so we headed over there to join them, before meeting up with
anonypooh and
josheehy who had packed up and would both be heading straight home after the days events.
It was to be a day of meeting wonderful people, starting with the Phelps twins. These were for Paige (and upon realising we actually were one ticket short,
_mysteria_ kindly gave me her ticket so that I could fulfil my official photographer capacity) but when we reached the front of the queue, shyness set in and she hid herself in my knees. And the more the twins tried to talk to her, the further away she tried to get *G*
After that Robert Pattinson was next, for Paige again, but this time she was in her pushchair hiding her face in it. Poor Robert went "I hope it’s not me that’s scared her" awwww
Am a little lost on the order of things on Sunday, we met so many people, but I think we had a little break then, in Costa, and saw our Patrick Stewart look a like! He was amazingly like him, so much so that we were all doing double takes.
Jo-no-mates & Paige playing with her new Bratz dolls
By the time we decided to get in the next queue Paige was fast asleep. But as this was for Kim, it didn’t matter so much. Carl Weathers. Such a lovely man, whilst in the queue we got told we’d picked a good day to come and see him because last time he’d been abit moody apparently.
Certainly not today, Kim grabbed a Rocky piccie for him to sign and he was a legend. I also shook his hand…and my his hands are huge!
And then it was time for our en-mass Anthony squee. Kim and both Jo’s were getting autos, whilst Jules and I were just there to drool photographers! Kim also told him that he looked great in stockings and suspenders, to which he replied thanks :)
josheehy had had her man and decided to go then, tired but happy.
_mysteria_ had been so besotted with the Lost Boys the day before she added two more of them to her list of auto wants. And more squee ensued.
I went up to Brooke to say hi, somehow managed to get there before anyone else did - must have had one on me;) - but Jo was soon behind, he complimented me on my tshirt (a Guinness one of course) and mentioned how he’d had a few the night before, to which I told him “well that only makes me like you even more” and he replied “we must go for a Guinness some time” and yes I was slow and missed the opportunity to jump in and say Hell yeah! We had a lovely chat about how good the talk had been the night before and how wonderful they all were *sigh* I wanna see them all again. Then he complimented Jo on her tshirt too, and did her auto for her, before posing with all of us heehee
what dya mean I couldn’t hug him tighter?;)
And then, the sweetie made Billy get up and do a group piccie with all 4 of us :)
After Jo got her Billy auto and photo, I managed to grab me a piece of him too, saying "I’m gonna hug you" lmao
And I did!
I do believe Brooke said something like, "she is very huggy isn’t she" hahaha at least he didn’t say cuddly;)
We all needed a break from the squee then, and so
anonypooh,
_mysteria_ and I went across to the Easycinema, to update livejournal and drop off some Common Rotation flyers, before heading back for
_mysteria_’s squee, Levar Burton, who was absolutely lovely, and asked her a ton of questions about how her weekend was!
Onto the first of the Corey’s...The Feldman
Jo forgets her piccie and has to come back for it
thanks to
_mysteria_ for this lovely piccie!
Next Jonathan Frakes, for Jo, who once again was just lovely.
Lookie, K9's awake!
And lastly it was nearly 5pm and Jules was to leave us, so I went over to one of the volunteers and asked "could you do us a favour, would you take a group piccie of us please" "what just of you?"
hahaha yeah no guests involved ;)
Byebye Jules *waves*
After a quick freshen up we headed out for Italian in a lovely restaurant, and another earlyish night in the hotel room, this time with good reason...a four year old :)
sorry it was a little disjointed...but just Monday to go ;)
