Some connections are instantaneous. Sometimes you just feels things at the cellular level. I hadn't known Jess very long when she received some troubling news about her health. In our short time together, we had established an exquisite, undeniable bond. After hearing these news and spending an emotionally-charged evening together, I quietly joked about how I couldn't believe we had only known each other for a couple of weeks. She left shortly afterwards, and later that night, I received this text message:
"In this life it might be only two weeks, but in my heart it's been two thousand years. Nice to meet you again."
Time is merely an illusion.

Life is never without challenges, however. And we are facing a demon that, though daunting, is no match for her strength of will and the pure, loving light she shines every moment of every day. Yet still, a community of healing energy is essential to vanquish this malady as quickly and painlessly as possible.
