If you ask Paulie this question, he's going to say that I seduced him. Totally untrue! Seriously. I'm not even kidding about this sort of thing. I just don't do the whole "seduction" thing well. I mean, can you picture me with some sweet Tammy Faye Messner make up on or something? I mean, that is a way to seduce a man. Jot that down for future reference.
But. Uh. Yeah. Paulie would say that I seduced him the night he and I conceived a sea monkey, but I don't think it's true. It's not like he was all hypnotized by my boy brief underwear or anything. And he was still of the sound mind and judgment to reach for his orange tic-tac box and pop a few into his mouth before the deed commenced. I mean, what seductee eats orange tic-tacs right before having sex? Exactly my point.
I'm going to stick to my argument and say that I've never seduced anyone. Ever. No one's ever seduced me, either. I'm like, immune to it, or something. Then again, Paulie's had this weird sort of power over me since the day we met, so -- maybe the tables are turned.
