[What's faster than a Scout on his feet? A Scout on roller skates! Who knows where he got them or what possessed him to try them. But right now he's zipping through the streets at crazy speeds, grinning like a maniac. He's dodging pedestrians, cars, obstacles - for the most part

[She sees the blur, and not quite sure what Mayfield is sending her way, her hand instinctively goes to the hilt of her sword as she dodges to the left, unfortunately, he decides to dodge in the same direction, and now they're both on the ground.]

[That's all he managed before smacking into the Major General, bowling them both over. Scout unceremoniously rolls and slams into a mail box with a clang.]

Holy crap what just happened.

[Olivier rubs the back of her head as she looks over at her attacker laying next to a mailbox. Her eyes narrow.]

What the hell was that for, Scout? And what are those things on your feet?

[She's watching the wheels on his skates still turning, wondering if they could be put to good use in battle.]

I said head's up. [He shakes his head and gets up, wobbling a bit.]

They're roller skates. Kinda lame but I thought I could make 'em useful. They don't got these where yer from?

[She shakes her head as she gets to her feet.]

No, we don't have them where I'm from. Otherwise I would have been trying to make use of them long ago.

They might be good for battle, if you can control them that is.

Dunno if I can fight in 'em, but I'd have the intel way faster if I can use these. And I totally can control 'em. It's just this lousy excuses fer brakes on these things.

Getting intel faster is always a plus. And, where did you get those?

Maybe I can get Fullmetal to make some adjustments. Alchemy is turning out to rather useful here.
