Hey, I haven’t updated in a while, I have been busy. Well actually I have just been lazy. I got paid last week, then the following day the AA drained £180 out of my bank account. As you can imagine I was suitably unimpressed, it’s all been sorted now though they are putting the money back into my account. I have just been bumming around the past couple of weeks trying to find something to do, bees’ parents were away last week so he had a free house, no BBQ’s this time though because of the great British summer, super!
Went bowling last night in Megabowl, it was pretty cool, there were loads of folks there, P, AK, Chid, Ni’n, Sarah, Beth, Chris, Mark, Sturdy, Dan, Chaz, Emma, these were the people that I knew. Bees and Steph popped in to play a few games of pool after they couldn’t get into the cinema. There was a small incident which involved security being called but I won’t go into that, it was all in good fun though. We left at about 10:50 and just as we were leaving Newport I got pulled over by a police patrol car, I showed him my insurance certificate and license, he sent me on my way.
I had to call Glamorgan University yesterday and ask them to release me into clearing so I can go to Swansea. I was told by the admissions officer at Glamorgan that the law and politics course at Swansea was not a qualifying law degree and that it was not recognised by the law society. This did concern me so I took the opportunity to contact the law society myself and ask them, they said the LLB Law and Politics degree was a qualifying degree recognised by both the Law society and the Bar. God damn liars in Glamorgan, I hope that woman gets mugged or something. So Swansea it is, I’m going there with Splum tomorrow just to check things out and see what’s happening, I don’t even know where the university is in Swansea, doh!
