(no subject)
Strangely enough, I've been commited to updating the past few days... Maybe the fact that there is a computer in the room I'm sleeping in has something to do with it. Quite possibly. Anyways, I'm downloading some stuff and it's taking a freaking long time... ugh. We went to the aquarium today. My biggest delight had to be either the look on my sister's face when she touched a stingray for the first time or the otters. For some strange reason otters always hold my attention. That and seals. Always playing, always relatively carefree. they are amusing to watch and ponder. I ate supper at my step-grandmother's house. I tell you, it is the strangest feeling to be introduced to a "new" grandmother. In any normal person's definition of "grandmother" is the image of an old benevolent woman baking cookies whom you've always had in the picture. She's just always been there. A "new" grandmother is kinda weird, let me tell you for those that are not experienced in the art of "remarriage." It almost feels like she tries to step into the picture and take you under her wing as if that's how it's always been. Ah ha! But you know better! You know that there is this other woman who is truly your grandmother and deserves that portion of your heart. It's a sick twisted "love" triangle. anyways... I think I'm retiring for the night. I wish you all goodnight where ever your pillow may be.
