Yesterday was one of those days
that makes me remember
why I love
being in Michigan

After months and months
of snow and ice
bitter cold
and sharp winds
the sun finally
decided to show
her face
and warm my skin
with the 70 degree + temps

The air smelled sweet
and you can tell
that spring
is just dying
to start
her time
to shine

Days like yesterday
make the winter
and construction
not seem as bad
as they really
are
