"with my loneliness" I thought was a little bit trite. Other than that, the "going, going, gone" repetition recollects in my mind the image of a bell or gong over and over. Good effect for drawing emotion.

Are you going back to the outdoor this summer?

That same line is what concerns me most about this. I'm probably going to change it.
