I have been debating impossibility and arrogance lately. Faced with the impossible, what does it mean to stand against it? What does it make you? Are you arrogant? Are you stupid? Are you brave?
Arrogance insults the impossible.
Stupidity denies it.
Bravery acknowleges it.
It depends with which mindset we step into the impossible. And I suppose, by that logic, that you are arrogant, stupid, or brave before you face it at all.
I think it's the brave ones who prove what impossible really is. The others walk blindly into what awaits them. The brave know what's ahead. They've thought it through and have decided to jump anyway. They know what failure means. They know what success means. But more importantly, they know what the journey means.
