I don't remember how we got on the topic, but we both decided that we were very happy to be female, and that we felt very full of femaleness, that we were comfortable in our femaleness, that being female was something that we not only liked about ourselves, but made us feel deeply connected to

I agree that feminine should not be associated with docility, but I think that right now it is. Maybe if strong women embrace the term as one of strength it will lose its negative connotations - so maybe I should use the term more often.
