So I spent last week at a management seminar designed specifically for mid-level managers in libraries.
It was really good, but I'm realizing I have a bunch of processing to do, since we basically took in information for 4.5 solid days! It's also amazing how tiring trying to absorb information for that much time can really be.
Right now the two sentences above summarize what I'm telling people when they ask how it was. I know I learned lots, and I can articulate little bits of things, but I don't have a comprehensive, coherent answer for folks right now. I should probably compose one before the Dean (who sponsored my application) asks the same question.
