"Collingwood suffers buttock niggle"
Paul Collingwood is an English cricketer.
"Suffers" usually means "will be held out of play for some reason"
Buttock, well, "That'd be the butt, Bob."
And a niggle is a small, often recurring, injury.
"We have a contract with the IPL about making our players available, however Collingwood has picked up a little niggle in his buttock," Andy Flower, the England coach, said. [Emphasis mine.]
I had to read it three times and I'm still not certain I know what they're saying.
