Oh, this is LOVELY. I love the theme of it, with the title and the questions. I love the first part, with Ray thinking maybe his mom should worry about HIS decisions, heh. Good point, that. ;P And Vault-related fic always makes me happy. The third part made me all weepy, as anything related to that phone call does. And Welsh! Welsh saying he would be undisappointed to find Ray still there.. HEART.

The last part made me happy because yay, Kowalski being a good cop and and bit of a lunatic and a good friend! And even more yay for Ray and Fraser together again and just - yay. :D

The more I re-watch 'Vault', the more it becomes porn to me. I ::heart:: it as much as 'Letting Go' and 'North'.

The phone call scene always brings me to tears. Ray holds so much back in that exchange. He breaks my heart.

All great parts! Nice progression through the relationship, and far better scene in "Call Of The Wild" than we ever got! :)
