Hi from Barcelona
So we´ve finally made it back to Espana! Although Morroco was quite the experience and an amazing country, I am glad to be back in Europe. It´s a little more stressful over there for women.
Even with that, we did manage to have a great time and really delve into the culture. We saw the thrid largest mosque, amazing beauty and design. And so much $$$!! The medinas were really great to walk around in. We got the best sandwich yet on this trip for ony $1. There were many things I wish I could have bought to line my bedroom with. Instead I went for one beautiful, henna decorated star lamp and promptly left it on the next bus we took. I am very, very sad about that, but it was still an amazing time in Africa and on our last night, we finally got to drink some Morrocan mint tea. So good!!
After a day and a half of traveling, we are now in Barcelona. So far it is a beautiful city, with wonderful sights that I need to go see. It´ll be nice tonight to actually sleep lying down....
Both the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea are gorgeous!! I just wish it was a little warmer, so we could hop right in. Now to enjoy an evening on La Rambla in Barcelona.... Can´t wait. And tomorrow, the biggest aquarium in Europe and the Picasso Museum.
