010609 STOP! FANGIRLING TIME!
Lately I've been addicted to Thai music CDs I found in a bundled super sale (mostly upbeat rock) and Indonesian retro-indie bands. Thai language is funny to my ears, but I really like it. Also, after slaving myself hardcore, I finished 3 of my assignments today WOO (two 2Ds and one 3D), GO ME!! Still... 7 assignments more to go... *breathes*.

Last time they released drama CDs about your own zodiac boyfriend. But I never know that they have that kind of CDs too.. for husbands... Yes, types of husbands. That's basically the Danna Catalogue!
Two male seiyuus in one CD with very different personalities. There's 4 (or 5???) CDs released. The first is kind husband VS pushy husband (Ishida Akira and Hirakawa Daisuke, the second is sweet husband VS tsundere husband (Toriumi Kousuke and Kishio Daisuke), the third which I want to cover now, old-fashioned-kind-of-jerk-but-I-love-him-anyway-because-it's-Nakapan-voice husband VS omg-he-read-me-bedtime-stories-definitely-my-dream-husband (Nakai-sama and Ono Daisuke), and the lastest, narcissist husband VS cool husband (Hoshisou and kimoi king Midorikawa Hikaru).
In the #3 CD, Kazuya Nakai play as an uptight, old fashioned, salary-man husband, Tetsuya. All he wants is FOOD FOOD FOOD. WHERE'S MY BREAKFAST? WHERE'S MY DINNER? DO YOU HAVE MY OFURO READY??? I WANT HAMBURGER!! I'M HUNGRY!!! Even there's a track where he apologized for being mad because me THE WAIFU didn't cook him Tonkatsu he wants for dinner. When he's not demanding for food, he's bossing around and calling her useless waifu. What the effing freak.
Speaker : "You haven't take the newspaper, YOU USELESS WIFE, I'VE WORKED MY ASS OUT THERE YOU KNOW!!!!"
Me : "CAN'T YOU SEE I'M WORKING ON MY ASSIGNMENT!?"
Speaker : "After you use something, put it back to the right place, it's called common sense you know!"
Me : "WHAT ARE YOU? MY MOM!?"
Speaker : "WHATT~~~~ YOU DON'T WANT TO KISS MEEEHH!???? BECAUSE I REEK OF SAKKKEE!????
Me : "No, because I enjoy watching you looking stupid like this"
Well, although I've said all those thing, I like this CD part. I totally can picture Hijikata will be this kind of husband. So instead of the 'character' the CD itself has, I pictured Hijikata instead (with less mayo...). It's sweet, but not in the 'reek of sugar'-sweet.
The second part... now it's the reek of sugary sugar part. It's really sweet. Unlike the jerk in the first part, Ono Daisuke (Tomonori) cooks, read the waifu a bedtime story, calling her a princess, cleaning the house, etc. If you like Ono Daisuke using his cute-cute-gentle voice, definitely listen to this CD too.
Now move on to FMA, I finally caught up with it from my trusted neighbor TV recorder... mostly by voice only though because I'm busy with my 2D so I have no real comments about the animation since I only saw small bits of it (I might go back watching the episodes fully after the finals). Up until now, I'm still really REALLY annoyed with the change of voice on Riza. She's.. she's not supposed to have such small and soft voice. Riza is Riza because of her strong voice. And I was startled too when I listened to Maria Ross's and Winry new voice. It's.. it's... NOOOO. Give me back my old female casts!!! To the hell with Scar and Roy (because they fit their roles perfectly IMO) I want my girls back!
