Are you friends with Becki on myspace? If you aren't, she's already demoed songs and is turning them into real songs, so she won't just disappear.

Her personal myspace (which I think is currently private) is /riotbecki. She doesn't have a music myspace yet because she still doesn't know what she's going to call her musical project, but I'll let you know as soon as she makes one. :)

Well, yeah, but it's just not the same band. It's such a shock, especially since I've been a fan since Julia was still in the band and now not a single one of the girls is left. I'll give the 'new' Pipettes a chance, but it's just sad to know that the band we know is no more.
Definitely looking forward to Rose's and Becki's solo projects, though!

Becki and Rose, the two original members who were still left, left the band. There have been some rumours concerning the circumstances under which Becki left (people say she has been fired from the band).
Now they've been replaced by two other girls and are acting as if everything will/can continue the way that it used to and they're still the same band.

Two of them left. Seeing as the one left was a replacement in the first place, none of the original female members are left.
I think it's really disgraceful how they always said that it's about personality blabla and now they just replaced them and that's it. Plus there are some rumours concerning whether one of them really left herself or if she's been fired.

That's what I was thinking. If all the original members have gone they could've at least changed the name, but I guess that doesn't work if you're a concept band.
They actually mentioned the Sugababes in the announcement on their website! Believe it or not.

I am, too. I saw them in Hamburg in November 06 and it was so much fun.
A friend of mine really wanted to see them as well and we were planning on going together when they return to Germany. I'm sad for her.
