Laugh in the fat face of disaster
I've developed the nasty habit of saying LOL in real life. It started off as a joke, a parody on people who use internet language when they speak, but as of late I noticed that it's kind of taking over. I catch myself saying it without meaning to and other people have noticed as well. It's not even once in a while anymore, it's really often. Augh. DO NOT WANT.
