Still Sky-less...

...which is not a fault of Sky. But the German Post who managed to lose my package. Got contact with a very nice Customer Service Agent - but that doesn't help me much. Package is still in limbo.

Sky might or might not send out another receiver+smartcard early next week. Thing is, if they take more time than that? I'll be gone for Christmas by the time the package arrives and it might get sent back to Sky.

At this point, I might have it in March.

I hope I can get the money back for the time where I can't see it! According to Customer Service Agent, I should be able to get it back... we'll see.
