(no subject)
OMG the last like month, has been so full on... Been settling in at work alright. Everyone is pretty helpful, I'm grateful for that. There is only one chick that I kinda have an issue with, but I spoke to the boss about it because she was supposed to train me to do a close and she did a super crap job of it. She's alright but apparently she treats everyone like that.
Apart from that, work is pretty awesome :) I'm actually getting used to the early morning starts. The hours go pretty quick there, even the crazy double shifts. Last night I closed on my own. I got shown how to do a close the other day but yeah as I said it was a bit half arsed. I was kinda freaking out about it because, yeah I'd never done a close before and Kirsten was rostered to work this morning and no doubt will complain if something wasn't done, which I'm sure she will.
The last few weeks, we have been looking for a place to live with Dorian. After a few phone calls, inspections and applications. We got something. This week was spent packing and moving. This morning I moved the bed and a few other bits and pieces. I knew full well that I was going to move stuff today yet I still went out last night and got obscenely pissed. To the point where, I remember coming home, I sent Sara a text and pretty much passed out. I woke up because I knew I had to get up! I have to continue this later.
The internet doesn't get connected in the new place til Thursday, so till then it's internet at my parentals place.
