Funky in a not so good sense...But upon more thinking about it and talking to other people older than me...I have come to the conclusion that it's not my molar at all...
:) Ah yes, you're growing old now! Just one or have you got more? I hope it is growing the right way up! I had all four out in one go. It wasn't as bad as people say. The migraines I had for years from them were much worse trust me!
I suspect its two atm...consequently(sp) all four gums are itchy as! I'm getting pain on one side, which is making it super hard to eat on my left side. My face was aching the other night it was hossible. Ended up sleeping with my palm somehow shoved up my face to take the pressure off somehow. I've been having nasty headaches for a bit. ha and my left eye has been twitching. A few months ago I had sore gums on the same side, but it went away and some of the tooth had pushed out. But then stopped and now returned... Fun fun fun...
I got mine out in day surgery all 4 at once and it cost about $2000. Thankfully my mother covered it for me at the time! It was such a blessed relief knowing I wouldn't have those mind-bending headaches. One of mine grew sideways and pushed the the other teeth a bit. But you can have ones that grow upsidedown and cause all kinds of obscene pain. I couldn't even really feel my top ones but they're up there hiding and being painful :)
Time to get yourself off to the dentist my friend :)
The horrible stories come from people who get it done in the dentist's chair!
The only horrid thing that happened to me was that I was allergic to the general anaesthetic so I vom-vomed a bit when I was under. And the breathing tube they pop in your nose and down your throat hurts more when they take it out than your actual teeth do.
Honestly, my teeth pain was so minimal compared to the horror I was expecting. Nothing painkillers and plenty of sleeping couldn't fix! Eating is a bit tricky at first but only for a few days.
