I just realized, in replying to a friend's message, that I have somehow pulled off the planning to play in five, possibly (and most likely) six, different live musical performances, with as many projects, over this Friday and Saturday. I'd like to think that everyone wants to play with you because:
a. You are a nice person, genuine if you will, and that makes for good band chemistry
b. You may not think so, but let's just say I hear people talk and when they talk of you they often say things like, "Greg's like a radiohead in the pocket" "Greg is awesome" "Greg is quite the musician" and these things are being said by people who I tend to believe.
c. You are KNOWN, you have clout, you are a musician in the area people respect.

P.S. I had no idea that THIS is what you meant by playing 6 times this weekend!! That's crazy. But you love music so I wouldn't worry about spreading yourself too thin unless you felt some kind of stress from it all.
