Some wedding thoughts
Well, it's a little over two weeks until the wedding. We're trying to stay positive and remember what a special time it is supposed to be. But when you have a nagging mother-in-law who's thinking more of herself than anyone else, this is rather difficult.
I had planned to post a lot more on this blog with pictures and progress through the wedding process. Did not happen. We have most everything settled. Soon our office will become a printing press for our programs and placecards. We have our marriage certificate, waiting to be signed. Our wedding bands arrived last week, David's is titanium and mine is white gold. They shipped from Secaucus, New Jersey, oddly enough. Getting really excited about our photographer, Brianna Seidlitz from Simply You! Photography. It should be a fun weekend. aurorawest and her husband fly in next Friday, Jennifer comes in Saturday morning. Then we've got lunch at Culver's, dinner at TOPS, and early morning to get ready and get to the Gale Mansion.
I shall endeavor to push all of the negative thoughts out of my mind, and let the good thoughts come in.
