Title: Surprise!
Characters: Dean Winchester, Sam Winchester, Castiel, Gabriel, Bobby
Summary: It's Castiel's first Christmas and Dean wants it to be memorable.
After the Christmas Eve dinner and after Dean’s large consumption of pie, everyone had gathered around the tree. It was tall and decorated nicely. It was Castiel’s idea to go with silver and blue, Sam and him had worked on it all day, while Dean went on a secret Christmas shopping. Bobby was in the kitchen with Gabriel the whole afternoon and they would’ve finished faster if Gabriel hadn’t eaten half of the pastries.
Dean was in the kitchen finishing up his last slice of pie. Gabriel and Sam sat together on the floor, passing out the gifts. Sam started laughing when he took out a large box under the tree and saw it was for Castiel from Dean. Gabriel hooted and he winked when he announced it loudly and handed it to Cas. Castiel accepted it and looked at it for three seconds before Sam told him to open it. He neatly tore off the wrapper and opened the box. It was empty and only a small piece of paper was inside. Castiel dug in and grabbed it. He held in his hands and read it.
Turn around.
Castiel turned around slowly and his lips locked with Dean’s. His eyes went wide and he was frozen on spot. Dean’s hand was above their heads, he held onto a small mistletoe. He pulled away, smiling. Gabriel and Sam cheered and laughed. Castiel’s pupils were enlarged and his lips parted a little, he tried to speak, to form coherent sentences, but no sound came out. Dean looked at Castiel, still smirking.
“This… I-“
“Merry Christmas, Cas!” Everyone cheered and held their glasses in the air. Dean swung his arm over Castiel’s shoulder and whispered in his ear, “A very memorable Christmas, right?”
