Tonight... we shot

It turns out that the security measures were actually necessary, seeing that we were filming at Hempstead Lake State Park and our original location at the lake was populated by crazy Mexicans who were lighting bonfires, taking naps and swimming.
We shot nothing at Hempstead Lake State Park.
Then we took an hour long break. Then we met at the Valant house.

It went really well. The entire first scene was all stage directions so judging by the first scene, I can't really say how the rest of the movie is going to turn out. But I must say it takes a good group of actors to go from hysterically laughing at Christine's boobs to a mixture of fear, confusion and exhaustion in as short a time as it takes me to say "Action."
I'm very happy right now and I can't wait until our next shoot.
