I didnt mean for it to seem like I thought AFS should just comly with my every whim, I do understand (sometimes) why AFS works the way it does, but for a compromise to have worked the problem should be resolved to help both parties. Im not sure which of my AFS complaints you were addressing, but for I litterally got zilch from AFS, my LP didnt give me any help for 3 weeks after I told him my beef with my first family, so later I talked to the president who didnt epathize with me at all. I know she didnt have to say "Oh your absolutely right, your family sucks" But I just got a whole lot of, "Their first student didnt have these problems" and "You really should be trying harder" But believe me ALL of us here would kill for some compromise or reasoning with AFS. But anyway its always nice to meet a fellow AFSer, but Im actually in northern Hokkaido, so not very near Kanto, but we ARE in the same country the size of Calironia, so I guess close is a relative term.
PS, do you mid if I add you to my friends list? I know we will be leaving in a month, but... like I said, its always nice to meet other AFSers, especially those who say, and I quote "the majority of AFS Japan people are assholes"
