CONVERSionATION
Lately many other disciplines of 'christianity' has tried to what I shall call 're-convert' me. Just this morning, JWs showed up at my frontdoor, they must have me on their 'to-con' list.
JWs have a rhetoric of Salvation through Christ in a conversation, yet upon further online reading on their beliefs, it is clear that their interpretation of salvation is conditional. They believe that only a certain number of people will be saved, this undermines what Christ said John 3:16:
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes shall not perish but have eternal life"
Also, it emphasises a works-based salvation which distorts the message of grace that is at the centre of our faith in Christ. Beware the wolves in sheeps clothing, remember Ralph Wolf... So who is going to be our champion against such wolves? Check out John 10:1-21...
