Los Angeles Day 3
This day, Universal Studio.
Started off by grabbing a few burgers at Tommy's on the Univerisal City Walk. They're ok but cheap on meat and the chili is not spicy. Then we made our way to the theme park, noting on our the location of a Hot Topic shop.
So Universal Studio is pretty much everything they say it is: Mind blowing, grandiose, magnificient and bloody expensive. It's a show oriented theme park, so there are a limited number of rides and they're all abobut movies., but you knew that.
My top rides/shows, in no specific order were: Waterworld, Jurassik Park, KrustyLand (simpsons ride) and The Mummy ride.
House of Horror was cool too, but the seasonal House of Horrors we have at La Ronde around halloween, and takes 3 bloody hours to get in, is just as great. Although the sets in Universal Studio are just amazing.
Terminator 2: 3D and Shrek 4D were okay, but you know... only short 3D movies... with a few goodies and all. All the attractions are very nice and all anyway. Had a great day.
Finished the day with a bite at Jerry's. They smokemeat (The reubens its called here) wasa bloody fat and so good :D Loved it.
Went to bed before midnight. Lots of walking.
