I don't go by either pronoun either these days. I just say fuck it all.
at work I am mostly "she" because I've been at my job for over 5 years now and that's how I came into the job...but people just switch pronouns all the time now because new employees have no idea what gender I am, and my friends at work switch pronouns with me..so it's kinda catching on a bit...but it definitely still is hard. like you said, some people will be confused either way...and that's basically just what you're gonna have to deal with until the world can come to an understanding. whatever pronoun people see me as is what I go with, it varies from person to person, friend to friend...it's just a fucking word, so I personally don't stress it until it comes to bathroom time!! that's basically my life and how I deal with pronouns.

It sounds like you're really scared about people "finding" out that you're a "girl" if you choose to go by "he"....so I'd think about those feelings as well. It doesn't sound like you're too keen on choosing "he" at this point, but I def could be wrong!

this is very much a personal choice..good luck to you.
