It's over!!!!
wow. i survived. i mean, lila is sweet and nice and everything but, jeez, we arn't anywhere near alike. and who calls their boyfriend their parter at 21? i should have known. she's all into meditation, don't get me wrong there's nothing wrong with meditation, but, lila seems to have her life revolve around in and has deep, analytical talks about her dreams every morning. eeek! i don't know, it was just weird. and thank god for flurina and luzia who saved me from a very boring evening on saturday! i really owe them. and, you know what the funny thing is? her "partner" is cool, he doesn't talk a lot but he's nice and they seem to be polar opposites. he's no nearly as esoteric-y as she is. well it's over know and i must say, i am very glad.
as for the finals, i don't think they will ever end. the english are just plain crazy! now, i have finally passed the half way mark and have a week til my next test which is fabulous! five down, four to go.
i saw star wars last night...and i have to add that it was only because i was invited otherwise i wouldn't have bothered to pay like $11 to see it (crazy movie prices, huh?) i was expecting much, but it was pretty lame. i mean, the dialog was so bad it actually hurt to have to listen to it for three hours and everything was unspectacular. in the sense that anakin was very easy to persuade to join the dark side and well, everyone knew the chancellor was bad from the get go. it was lame. special effects were good (surprise, surprise) but otherwise it was pretty stupid.
