Frankie, Destroyer of Lives!
So I just got an odd call here at work.
Frankie: Good afternoon (insert name of Teh Law Firm)
Caller: Do you realize what you've done to me?
Frankie: . . . pardon?
Caller: The article you published has ruined my LIFE! My children and I are on WELFARE because of YOU. I am not able to get a job and YOU are responsible. I told you to remove that article 5 years ago adn you said you would, but guess what. . . any time you google my name, it's the ONLY thing that comes up!
Frankie: I'm sorry, ma'am. . . can I get your name?
Caller: OH you don't know me. I know you though! Becaused you've RUINED my LIFE.
Our conversation then proceeded to deteriorate into her telling me I had to remove every record of this article that was written about her from the internets or she was coming down to my office with her children so I could see their starving, depressed faces myself.
After about 10 minutes of this I finally convinced her of the fact that I am just a RECEPTIONIST for the Big Law Firm, and while I have written before, I doubt any of my fanfics or anything here would really ruin someone's entire life.
Still no idea whose life I have ruined. . . but hey. It isn't every day you can destroy someone's life without raising a finger.
