you have to upload it first, do you have webspace? i use aol, some websites do free picture hosting. once its uploaded you will have the url, its usually something like "www.name of place where picture is hosted/name of picture.jpg" thats probably not very clear, i'm not good at explaining things. if you know someone who has a website they could probably show you or explain better.
i'm so sorry about your mom. i can't even imagine what you must be going through. you are in my thoughts, and i hope she gets better soon. ((((hugs))))

replace the brackets with "<" and ">" respectively.
