I'm getting cremated too (after the docs have taken whatever organs they can use) only i'm not being scattered. I plan to have my ashes put in the Garden of Rememberance at Karrakatta Cemetery with my grandparents and mum too if she goes before me.
We used to have a little thing on our drivers licence to say we're donors but for some reason they changed it and now we have a little card to carry. Of course you can only register when you're old enough to vote but technically i've been a donor since I was about 6.
It's really beautiful. all the garden beds are jam packed with roses.
You'd think so but our government has the derp when it comes to stuff like that.
Well, one night I was watching the news with my folks and there was a story about a girl my age who needed a transplant of some sort. Think it was a double lung or something. Anyway I asked my parents if I could help her and they told me I couldn't then they explained it all to me and said that when I die, I could donate my organs if I wanted. Ever since then I always said that was my wish then when I was old enough I registered officially.

Personally, I want to be scattered since I WANT TO BE IN ALL THE PLACES AT ONCE, but that sounds like a lovely place to be laid to rest.

Aw, bb, that's so sweet! I think my approach to it was fairly similar as a kid, though there was no way I was dying ever back then.
