my iud periods have been ok lately too, but i guzzle ibuprofen with abandon to prevent cramps before they get a hold of me. i am actually thinking about maybe not getting the gynefix. it's fucking 500 euros. i should try the alieve....

Try taking the Aleve early in the morning, right on the first day or two or your rag. Seriously, I felt normal. I didn't feel dizzy and when I'd feel a cramp it was like a tiny pinch, and I really only had to take the one dose in the morning.
