In the morning we said goodbye to Tammy and Melissa as they headed out the door to catch their plane to Barcelona. Again they said they had a good time last night and gave us both hugs so I guess I feel better about the way it all went down last night...After breakfast we went to the Dutch Resistance Museum and in the afternoon walked west of Amsterdam probably half way to Haarlem. We stopped off at the train station to try and figure out where we should go tomorrow. Apparently the famous flower market that's the size of 125 football fields is closed on Sundays and the best time for seeing the tulip fields and gardens is between march and mid-may. To top it off there's a bus strike that further limits where we can go for a day trip. After doing a little consultation with Rick Steves we decided we'd head to Haarlem in the morning. Later that evening Theo decided to pick out a place to grab a beer and watch a Euro cup game. We didn't really pay attention to the name but it was called Teasers and seemed like a Dutch version of Hooters. The waitresses were all in miniskirts and wore low cut shirts. I thought a few of them were pretty but they all seemed to have a slight belly/love handles. Of the two that didn't, one looked like she was 12 and the other was taller than me and kind of looked like a space alien. There was this really attractive blonde that was working behind the bar and since they had a tv behind her we moved over there. We slowly sipped our beers and watched the end of the game at the bar and then afterwards one of the girls dropped down some sort of platform from the front of the bar. Then all the girls got on these platforms around the bar, they turned on some music and flashing lights and they all started dancing. I just started laughing as the waitress that took our order started dancing right in-between me and Theo. Theo decided to move back to a table before he got kicked in the head or something by that girl on accident. After a few minutes the blonde girl got up there and replaced her and I began sipping my beer a little slower. I finally finished my beer and we took off. It was only about 11 and the sun had just gone down so I felt like doing something. We walked around for awhile and on our way back to the hostel we played a little game we called "count the coke dealers" which was surprisingly amusing.
