Family Business?
Well at about 6:30am today my dad and I are going to go to Jim Dandy's (businessman's restaurant) for breakfast. I haven't seen my dad since I took my "break" from college. But, I know want he is going to want...he's been trying to get me to take over the business for him he wants to get out and try something else so he wants the company to be mine. *sigh* I've took him before that I want to make it on my own. I want to blaze my own trail instead of just walking down someone else's. I want to write.
Speaking of which Daniel and I thought of a new comic-book idea. It's called "God and Son". We've already made a pilot for it. It is a little bit edgier than some of my other comedies. But, its still hilarious anyways. I know people will either love it (those that can take a joke) or hate it (Jesus freaks and Jewish people).
As for the meeting with my dad, I'm just going to tell him I'm not interested...AGAIN! Sometimes the sure thing is not always the better thing. And with those wise words I'm out!
