To participate in this meeting you should write an essay of no less than a page and no more than 3 pages about anything that you’re concerned about (or you can use one of the suggested topics: "Does Russia have a separate, special path? How is it different from other countries?" or “Has life in Russia really improved over the past 20 years?”) and send it by e-mail to senia.maximov@hotmail.com no later than Nov the 28th.
