humility and evangelization
Done with humility week; it lasted awhile.. but I think I got what I needed out of it..
Just started evangelization week, we'll see how it goes..
Formal's coming up.. but I won't bore you with details on the asking process.... yet
I haven't been on much cause I've been too lazy to set up my laptop (after taking it to a class), and cause I've been spending a lot of my free time praying and reading the Bible.
I led the Bible study on Thursday; Revelation 16-17.. It went rather fine I think. Not too many people were there though because Bobby Schindler (Terri Shiavo's brother) was giving his talk the same night.
Intentship has been going rather well; hence all of the praying and reading. I really liked C.S. Lewis' chapter in Mere Christianity on The Great Sin; aka pride. That was what really helped me a ton in humility week. Humility is not looking at yourself as dirt, but is putting others before yourself, and realizing that we are saved through no merit of our own, but through the grace of God.
