I absolutely love that quote. which I got from one of the later episodes of One Tree Hill Season 2. I actually paused it so I could call Brett, knowing she would appreciate it.
So work has been hectic, especially Friday where for the most part I was the only one in the showroom to handle calls, customer pick ups and people just coming to look at the showroom. It was a little much for one person at times but somehow I managed.
Yesterday I helped out at the Mini Grand Prix in Kettering. It was fun. I got to work a corner and do the flags and such. But besides being ridiculously hot and having to wear long pants, it wasnt so bad. no major wrecks, actually no wreck, at our cornor.
I was so exhausted after getting back, once I came up to Ann's I ended up fall asleep on the couch with the light still on. And still wasn't feeling the best today but I survived.
I went over to Beth's for a bit. We went to Kroger to get fruit to make smoothies. too bad the machine beth thought would make the smoothies wouldnt crush the ice. we still made smoothies just without the ice, we poured them over ice to drink them. still decent.
Then once Sophia woke up, we went to Carriage Hill. They were having an old fashion baseball game by the visitor center. We took Sophia to see the horses, the pigs, the sheep, the turkey, chickens and the crowing rooster.
And now I am back up at Ann's. Gonna put in a movie and maybe fall asleep on the couch again.
