Happy Easter!
So lets see what has been going on this week...
Nothing much. lots of work really. And catching up on my movies that I have recently bought and have not seen before. Finally saw Narnia and King Kong, both really good.
Thursday was Candice's 21st. I went out with the girls and Jonesy and Mark to the Gin Mill. Had fun, danced, played cornhole, left shortly before the shooting... I crashed on the couch. Almost overslept the next morning for work.
Friday, Ann did my hair. and that was about it, I was rather tired.
Saturday morning I stopped by the Box Office bright and early to fill out the paperwork so I could start working there part time, I start Friday night during the Winter Guard competition. Went to watch Taylor and Shelbi bowl. Shelbi bowled a 127, which is 81 points above her average, GO HER! Then Beth and Sophia came over to the house and we did the whole dying Easter eggs deal, surprisingly Sophia went back home the same color she came. I took a nap, then watched part of derailed. Went over to Beth's and had dinner then we went shopping at Kohl's and then to Dairy Queen, where Sophia didnt want any ice cream from her mom only from me, even though I was giving her the ice cream from her mom's cup. Then I picked up Jackie and we went to Elder Beerman's and Kohl's to shop, got a really cute skirt. Then we headed over to Uno's and had a drink. then we called it a night. I got home and finished watching derailed, which was a rather good movie.
This morning got up to the smell of bacon, that went along with my pancakes. had to go to church, got Sarah to go with me. Saw the Hoffman's and Amy Armentrout and a few other people there. Sarah and I did a we-have-nothing-better-to-do-so-let's-go-to-Walmart trip, got a Johnny Cash CD. lounged around for a bit. I got to put together the Easter baskets and put the eggs together for the egg hunt. I helped out by doing the veggie tray. Our 5pm dinner turned into a 6pm dinner in true McDonagh fashion. lots of food and entertainment watching the brats. now everyone is gone and it is so time to go to bed.
on a quick note: so that little accident I got into with Gary 2 years ago on the way back from school, well yeah now we are apparently being sued. fun times to be had there.
